Do you see altruism-based policy formulation with regards to cable modem access... and ancillary services thereof... and the implied the rights of dominant MSOs to remain immune from competition at the FCC level, as being "market" based?

Wouldn't you say that there is a lot of this pre-ordination taking place elsewhere in the hemisphere as well? What about the dichotomy of VoIP regs, allowing Internet-based forms of telephony to escape access charges? Look around. There's a lot of self-fulfilling stuff going on.

Anyway, I'm neither defending nor advocating what he has to say, only exposing it for discussion.

"Whoever is the beneficiary of intellectual perfection."

How can you have intellectual perfection when imperfection is the closest to truth you will ever find.
You can have pseudo intellect which is a polite name for BS
How can you have intellect when you have achieved perfection because intellect is knowledge there is no perfection only imperfection.
I feel ATHM is a wonderful stock when the general condition of the public comes to terms with sane it will prove itself so.

Completely Imperfect
