do you know what the relative size of the "high end" market is compared to the "Volume" market? or their projected growth rates?

Clark's statement was self-serving nonsense to cover his failure to make anything happen, and has nothing to do with market reality as far as I can tell.

You mean like Boeing has become lunch for Cessna? General Motors by Yugo? Microsoft by the folks who write embedded OS's? Walmart by the "Mom's and Pop's?" Lockheed by the fireworks manufacturers? Exxon by Diamond Shamrock?

Maybe either you've misconstrued Mr. Clark's views, or they're wrong (or inapplicable).
