Former White House Telecom Advisor Joins SiteLine Board; Appointment To Help
Drive SiteLine's Rapid Growth as High-Speed Internet Access Provider

CHICAGO, Dec 16, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SiteLine, a leading national
provider of in-building high-speed data communications services for
small- and medium-sized businesses, announced today it has appointed
Kathleen M.H. Wallman to its Board of Directors. Having served in a
number of key White House advisory and FCC positions, Wallman brings
exceptional domestic and international telecommunications expertise to
SiteLine.

At the White House, Wallman served as Deputy Assistant to the President
for Economic Policy and Chief of Staff of the National Economic
Council. In that capacity she provided counsel to the Administration on
a broad range of telecommunications issues, including cable, broadcast,
satellite, wireless and wireline matters. Prior to joining the National
Economic Council, Wallman was Deputy Counsel to President Bill Clinton
in the Office of the White House Counsel. She left the White House in
1997 to start Wallman Strategic Consulting, LLC, where she serves as
president and CEO.

Wallman began her government service career at the Federal
Communications Commission serving as Deputy Chief of the Cable Services
Bureau, and was later promoted to Chief of the Common Carrier Bureau.
Wallman was the senior staff authority on the country's
telecommunications policy including long distance and local
competition, service to rural areas and interconnection of wireless and
wireline networks. Wallman additionally was appointed by FCC Chairman
William Kennard in January 1999 to chair the National Coordinating
Committee on public safety spectrum.

"Kathleen's vast telecommunications expertise and industry insight will
be invaluable to SiteLine as the company moves into new markets across
the country and internationally," said Lawrence Tanenbaum, SiteLine's
Chairman. "We are very pleased that SiteLine was able to attract a
board member of such distinction to help us move forward on our
aggressive expansion strategies," said Tanenbaum.

SiteLine delivers its high-speed, in-building Internet service under
its AccessReady brand. The company converts a building's existing
telephone wiring into a secure, high-speed data network using Digital
Subscriber Line (DSL) technology as its in-building operating platform.
Tenants in AccessReady buildings can obtain high-speed Internet access
service, at speeds 50 times faster than standard dial-up services, in
just 72 hours. The company also provides end-to-end network management
and monitoring, firewall security, Web site hosting and development,
and targeted e-commerce support resources.

"SiteLine has uniquely positioned itself to capture the tremendous
growth of Internet services to the small and medium business market
while leveraging the advancements of Digital Subscriber Line
technology. DSL technology is revolutionizing $100 billion dollars of
existing copper plant in the US and will provide these same benefits to
the in-building market," said Kathleen M.H. Wallman. "As a new board
member, I look forward to helping SiteLine achieve status as the
industry leader in this emerging market," said Wallman.

Just thought I would scrawl my mark on the bathroom wall!!!

LOL!

And I suppose CNBC is where we must turn to.

And the big boys shiver
And Wall Street quivers
Because of the internet traders.
