The Final Word On GLOWE ... I told ya so! Highlites from the GLOWE SEC filing... Seems that Gary B. has put GLOWE into a DEEP HOLE ... "The Company(GLOWE) had working capital and total capital deficiencies in excess of $3,600,000 each at March 31, 1999. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. i.e. GLOWE is $3.6M in debt.. "The Company has financed its operations to date through the sale of its securities." ie. paying the bills by selling shares "Due to the recent drop in market value of the Company's common stock, which the Company attributes to being placed on the NASD's eligibility list for delisting, there can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in raising the capital it requires. " i.e. This is funny! Blaming the NASD for the low stock price. "The Company is engaged in the business of development and licensing of software associated with Internet gaming. It has one licensee, Euromontecarlo.com, in the British West Indies, although that licensee has limited operations because of a shortage of capital. The Company has not generated any revenue from this license, and there can be no assurance that it will generate future revenue from the license." ie.
