95% of their revenues have come from advertising. As for reporting earnings, I am not aware that they have set a date. The numbers for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1999 were in the prospectus, so they don't have to report their first quarter numbers until February 15, 2000.

From the S-1:

Advertising revenues accounted for 95% of our revenues for the year ended September 30, 1999. As we execute our Internet strategy, we expect to continue to derive a majority of our revenue from advertising on our network for the foreseeable future. We may not generate these revenues if advertisers do not maintain or increase their current levels of Internet advertising. Advertisers that currently advertise on the Internet may reduce or eliminate this form of advertising, and advertisers that have traditionally relied upon other advertising media may be reluctant to begin to advertise on the Internet.

They make money the same way Yahoo makes it with their website...only the appeal is to Linux users and programmers who are very loyal, many of whom got shares on the Dutch auction.
