Thanks for the info Bob. I know all about using shells to go public but I never heard the term reverse merger used. However, I don't see how this concept is relevant here. VIRT is already public. Using a shell is a means for a private company to go public through a backdoor without having to go through a registration. Makes no sense in this instance.
