Joarel, Start here for a quick 'net tutorial from Larus: laruscorp.com Most good references on SONET, SDH and even ISDN will usually have an introductory chapter or section devoted to T carrier pricnicples, although many may no longer cover many of its former metallic attributes, such as line build out (LBO) and repeater spacing as they once did. What was it that you were looking for on LBO? Some good references include: Introduction to T1/T3 Networking (Artech House Telecommunications Library) -- Regis J. Bates; Hardcover Sonet & T1: Architecture for Digital Transport Networks -- Uyless D. Black, et al; Textbook Binding These are available, along with many others, through Amazon.com.
