That's a tall order! Fortunately, someone else has already made a good start. The GaAsNET homepage has categories FINANCE, DEVICES, EPITAXY, and BULK SUBSTRATES. VG Semicon, The MBE Company, has an ad there, too: gaasnet.com MBE and MOCVD main pages are under EPITAXY. Sub pages cover News, Companies & Links for each of the two processes. The Companies pages have lists of epi wafer suppliers, and profiles of equipment suppliers will be added shortly, they say. News also includes stories about device makers, so if you go through the archives, that will give you a random sampling of players up and down the food chain. The pages appear to be kept up-to-date, but may not be quite as fast as the newswires. Although there is a DEVICES subcategory Diodes, there isn't much coverage of LEDs. WT
