I stand corrected. It seems that I have read too many news releases today ,and have "perle" mixed up with "lorus"

Sorry about that.

<<Perle will issue 400,000 special warrants>>
Could this have to do with the fact that it was so easy to find shares to short without any restrictions?
This is awfull coincidental, they must have been working overtime to cash in on this boiler-room prank!

$11.75 I would have considered palatable, but this price??
They must know that they will not get a better chance for a long time.

Who are the underwriters? The owners themselves?
I do not expect too much interest for these in the open market.

<<The warrant buyer would just buy PERL under 3 at the open market!>> Not quite, the float was 3mm shares, but that would have been a MUCH better investment than $17.55 Cdn!!

How can they get investor interest that pumped up & that fast? Any suggestion that this was started before the run-up I find hard to swallow.
Is their last report that much better (taking into account the acquisition)?

Henk
