Years Ended September 30, 1999 and 1998

Revenues increased by $7,360,000, or 99%, to $14,830,000 for the year ended September 30, 1999 from $7,470,000 for the year ended September 30, 1998. The increase resulted primarily from retail sales of the ACID consumer products released in October 1998, the introduction of Audio Anywhere into the office superstore market in May 1999, and OEM agreements for Siren in June and September of 1999.
