Jacob, that is so true. Last month my mother and my kid brother were both saying they wanted to get into the stock market, because they weren't happy with the returns from fixed-income investments and wanted to get some growth. I tried to talk them out of it, and their attitude was basically what do you know, who are you to say the market will go down.
