They are not really in the "hardware" business, since they don't make hardware ... I would look at them as more of a "distributed Internet Application Service provider" ... they have built a distributed Internet service (out of off-the-shelf hardware/software and some custom developed software) that provides a "live multimedia" distribution infrastructure ... And as a shareholder of both RNWK and ITVU I couldn't be happier! ;-) Scott C. Lemon
