No there is nothing to be gained by any one, except for an acquiring company, if the share price is low. Certainly, not in management interest or share holders' interest to see it at this level... I don't think they like to see it at this level but at the same time they are not going to do anything out of the way that will be seen as pumping up the share price.. Which is fine... We want legitimate news of contracts etc.. which incidentally they do not always release...
