Gang, There is news today and it looks like a great January shaping up. The part about: Petroleum Asset Management Company ("Pamco") has spun off Cybersensor.com as a separate company. Cybersensor.com is a subsidiary of Pamco and Nevtah. Cybersensor is currently making preparations to go public in the year 2000. Do we get shares in this company (before it goes to IPO) and does anyone know if Cybersensor is using antennas made by ITKG? TIA David Here is the news release Nevtah Announces Cybersensor.com IPO RMOTC Testing PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Dec 30, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nevtah Capital Management Corporation ("Nevtah") (OTC:NTAH) announces that Cybersensor.com ("Cybersensor") anticipates the completion of several agreements and alliances with companies in a variety of industries during January 2000. Cybersensor has developed a Web-based Technology called CyberVip(TM), which allows users to monitor and control equipment from remote locations via a direct satellite link by logging onto the Internet at www.cybersensor.com. Details will be provided to shareholders upon finalization. Petroleum Asset Management Company ("Pamco") has spun off Cybersensor.com as a separate company. Cybersensor.com is a subsidiary of Pamco and Nevtah. Cybersensor is currently making preparations to go public in the year 2000. As previously mentioned the Department of Energy through the Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center ("RMOTC") signed a research agreement with Pamco to test its patented pumping system on two stripper oil wells. The objective of the RMOTC test project is to validate and demonstrate the artificial lift system that has the potential to benefit oil and gas producers through increased production in shallow wells. The Pamco system is a computer operated system, which senses the presence of oil in the borehole. Sensors trigger the release of air or gas pressure forcing a continuous slug of oil to the surface and into a receiving tank. Each phase of the system is electronically monitored via satellite using Cybersensor.com, Inc., a subsidiary of Pamco. The system has the potential to operate and record data from multiple wells simultaneously. It is anticipated that the RMOTC will issue its results early next year. Nevtah will file its Registration Statement on Form 10.SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission in early January 2000 to become fully reporting. On behalf of the Board of Directors Daniel P.
