David:

MAWI did well today. It was up 6.06% for the day at 8 3/4 on volume of 197,300.

As you know the field they are in (Internet related) is a "hot one". They had declared some earnings for the quarter that ended on August 31 ( 1.8 million vs. a loss of 112 thousand the previous year) Today they declared further profits ($0.19 for the quarter ended Nov.30) with increased revenues of 2,168,393 that was reportedly +805% compared to previous year.

It is a small company with a book value of $0.36/share and a float of only 1.8 million. They reportedly have no long term debt.
They claim to have invested on several other internet companies and compare themselves to CMGI!!!

Here is a list of some of the companies in which they have invested:
Online venture capital portal VentureList.com (www.venturelist.com), E-Commerce and Web development company Digital Bridge, Inc. (www.digitalbridge.com), Linux incubator Linux Funding (www.linuxfunding.com) and online grocery provider VirtualGroceries.com, Inc. (www.virtualgroceries.com).

They closed today above the Sept99 H and are approaching the resistance at the 9 1/2 to 10 level. As you know the 54 weeks range has been from a low of 45/256 to a H of 20, quite a range!!!

Taking into account the recent news on revenue & earnings, the small float and the "hot" line of business, you can expect some possible fireworks.

Good luck.

Bernard
