Peter,

I'm number 2.

I was referring to the people that join with high hopes and ambitions, but quickly find it is a lot of work, and it takes a lot of time, and that simply don't have the motivation. (Like my wife) When she joined a gym and signed the contract, I knew it was a mistake. Sure enough, within about three months, she wanted to quit. There was a major amount of hassle to cancel the contract.
