The way I read it is they do not have to buy the stock by a certain date, but what has been the case lately is they feel with the market as hot as it's been, waiting may not turn out in their favor. Even with all the talk of Yahoo being overpriced it's still only 10 points from the highest point when the news hit. With MFNX breakout today I expect that there is not much time to wait for them to jump in since most follow stock technicals. MFNX is also not overpriced in the sense that it's now just at it's old high reached in May-June. Therefore I expect the stock to move nicely into January-February. Ron
