Hi Duane:

In assessing a stock for investing I try (I fail often in this) to find the right sector as well as the right company. LTXX is a fine company but 1 the sector is entering a pullback phase (I don't beleive yesterday and todays bounce off supports changes the overall trend) and 2 LTXX's chart indicated momentum left and with no news you couldn't expect further appreciation until near earnings.

15.5625 was a good bottom but I'm not sure it won't be retested. As of yesterday the 3rd P&F short term indicator reversed so you have to be careful. This is not a time to be on margin and you should tighten your stops (although with tomorrow being an option expiration day tight stops will be triggered).

I've just been raising cash and looking for good targets (window shopping only for now). I like sitting on cash with no margin even if the naz is taking off.

Of course I'm still fairly well invested but will be raising cash thru next week. I'll only be in some of my January effect stocks.

Have a good holiday.

Tim

Still holding a bunch of LTX...And unless the fundamentals change or we get some unexpected news, won't re-evaluate until February 17th. Not on margin, so if we retest that's ok. Of course would like to see it go straight up from here. Certainly expect it to be significantly higher by then.
