Jerry

I read your post with considerable interest. If you follow the various MyTrack/MyTrade threads you may know that I am Track Data's Vice President of Operations.

Your posts speaks to a subject about which considerable confusion abounds. BB stocks are quite popular; many investors trade them. Some facts about which you may not be aware:

There is no Level II for Bulletin Board stocks. MyTrack presents the various market makers and their bid/asks on the Level II/OTC BB screen however that is not Level II as the term is applied to NASDAQ issues.

Market Makers are not obligated to take your bid on a stock in the OTC BB market. MyTrack accepts the order and routes it to the market; any decision to execute the order is up to the market maker. This contrasts with NASDAQ, where the market maker must execute if you offer to buy at the ask or sell at the bid. This fact frustrates many, many people however it is the way the OTC BB market functions.

I have traded BB stocks myself both with MyTrade and with other brokers, including full service brokers. I learned the above facts the hard way, having market makers ignore my trades for hours not just minutes.
