Oooooh, how fun!

>> KDUS - asset play, I assume <<

I can't value Axiom or the microfluidics license.

To my knowledge, there is absolutely no guidance out there regarding the level of royalty from OSIP, either on the "KDUS" project or on the Solvay project. The milestones are very likely, IMO, to be reached.

Axiom is working with Sklar.

There is no enthusiasm, showing in day to day trading, regarding the Sibia patent issue.

>> Cambdridge neuro and Cortex - I think I heard of them <<

Where's Harry??

>> SNAP - there has to be a pony around here somewhere? When bad things happen to good companies? <<

In the thick of NPY and Galanin still, if anybody cares.

heheh <AXPH why?> I was asking myself that
today, dang, what a dog--"I'll hang onto it,
it can't fall any further"...but it's that
damn bottomfishing. I think it is a left
over idea from a year ago...when I was first
putting my shopping list together--seemed to
be on everybody else's list as well and
somehow I came to think if I were paying less
than everybody else I must be getting a good deal,
not great logic.

For the most part you're one liners are pretty
good. Magainin is a sentimental pick, and
beleive it or not, it hasn't actually hurt me,
just dumb luck that I've been in and out at
the right times, but I'm keeping it. Years
ago I saw some PBS special, talking about novel
antibiotics, and there was Magainin Pharma on
one of the vials. I don't own an outrageous
amount, and I certainly didn't overpay at 1 1/4,
so this one get's set aside--I'll bet each of
you has something just like Magainin that you
are cheering for, no?

Glad to see you think the gene therapy plays
are adequate, I thought so. I think I finally
have a pretty good feel for this--still not
quite ready to risk anything but that mad
money, but sometime in the next year or so
I might actually get my checkbook out and
invest. I'm keeping an eye on Hood and Hartwell
here in the Puget Sound area--"systems biology"
there are always talking about, you may have
seen a recent press release...ah, let me go
get it for you:
