If you trade pennies then NDB seems the way to go. NDB isn't all that bad, its a lot better than any other web-based broker that I've tried (Datek, Ameritrade, Discover, Suretrade, Dreyfus, Siebert, DLJ Direct) but not anywhere good as Preferred, which is very fast, very cheap for options, but no good for pennies, has no checkwriting, no automated confirmations, no mutiple buys or sells on the same day for one commission, that NDB offers. There are very few brokers who do pennies cheaply, and NDB is one of them. I just wouldn't use them for quick trades or options.
