i hope VERT utilizes that spin-off IPO strategy...it worked well for CMGI which is actually a profitable (from investments not operation) internet company.

I saw that too. I didn't think he was talking of a spin off. I thought he meant VERT was more like a portfolio of businesses rather than one company trying to address all verticals.

Different interpretation...
