He stopped and "talked" to a police officer who was posing as a prostitute. The "talk" led to his arrest and enrolment in "John's" school. There are no outstanding charges. The issue is now dead, hopefully his career is not.

Great, I'm glad you found the article. I had done a search on The Citizen's site and came up with nothing, so I assumed they hadn't posted it (since they don't put everything online).
