I've tucked it away in the hang onto for a few months account. If it drops far enough, I'll add.

Sfish, it's time to flog someone, that's for sure. Best to go to the top.

I see no filing. Not good!

Time for all involved, to put up, or shut up IMO at least as far as what is said.

I have a lot of confidence in all I met, at the open house, but guys, if you're not POSITIVE about something, then keep it quiet, until you are.

Sac, I respect all you do and say, but my two cents, FWIW even tho' a lot of what I hear, is hearsay, is keep it down, until you are positive, don't give timelines, unless you KNOW for sure.

Jas - investornewz - still don't work for me, for real time, I can't even sign on, my system??? yours?? dunno, all I know, is it don't work.

Regards, hmmm, guess a guy should get a couple hours nappy, before the news scans, and the open.

Through its platform independent services and branded service packages, IRC
intends to transform the traditional car radio and new automotive telematics
units (eg Auto PC) into a major e-commerce and Internet portal, providing
revenues to the company and its partners in the broadcast, music, consumer
products, and related travel and safety industries. The underlying delivery of
IRC's services is its satellite-based RadioSat network which allows for cost
effecient broadband distribution of interactive services.

The systems and products developed by IRC stand at the intersection of several
major economic trends: the paradigm shift underway in broadcast radio (14,000
radio Web sites in just the last year); the explosion of e-commerce (estimated
to be $500 billion by 2003), the rise of mobile internet (74 million
Web-enabled devices predicted by 2004), the rise of telematics ($16 billion in
sales estimated by 2004, according to Juniper Communications, 1999, Strategis
Group, 1999)-- the consequence being an unparalleled opportunity to provide
data services to vehicle-based consumers.

Through its use of RadioSat system, both Interactive Radio and Interactive
Telematics are uniquely positioned to service this market. To the extent there
is competition, it comes from cell-based mobile Internet providers (via cell
phone or PDAs). However, these mobile services are not integrated with broadcat
radio, have higher bit-cost prices and can not be integrated into vehicle
specific services (autotrack, Mayday, vehicle diagnosis). Further, IRC holds
three patents on the interactive feature of the RadioSat system.

Update on filing: The filings are now between the lawyer and an Edgar filing
company. As soon as they are posted and available for viewing on Edgar, we will
make an announcement.
