Hardly matters what percentage they formerly supposedly owned. It's a totally different company now.

The question is: 200,000 shares out of what? 70 million? Impossible to tell before they go public, if ever. I doubt that GONT has anywhere near the percentage owned by the "guys with deep pockets". Looks like ownership in this company is split into a bunch of pieces.

In addition, as you pointed out, the shares can be sold only privately, and being restricted, can't be sold anytime soon.

If they do eventually go public, the shares may be tied up a good deal longer. Surely they won't allow insiders to sell for quite some time.
