Just a thought.. ISLD: Shares OS - 34.9mm Float - 6.9mm = 20% AKAM: Shares OS - 91.4mm Float = 9.0mm = 10% And besides, ISLD isn't a "pure play". They should spinoff Sandpiper. Can you spinoff a company before the deal closes? :) James.
