I am fairly sure there is a 6 month hold period but after that point I would say it is fair game. JDX is just going to use the money to invest in a bunch of Argentum's other deals so I don't think they will have a problem with it.

Rob,

There is a minimum hold period.

For example, a stock trading on the ME would have a 6 month hold period (Montreal Exchange requirement) and a 12 month hold period (QSC requirement). Thus, you end up with a 12 month hold period (comply with the strictest requirements).

If I had to guess, I would say we would have a 12 month hold period.
