I am anything but unhappy with the performance of this stock. My brother owns it, I own it and a fellow at work has bought some as well. He purchased it for his childs education. The kid is almost 2. He'll be going to Harvard or Oxford or he'll have the best pad in the Pallouse.<VBG> It is always a risky thing when you recommend a stock and I am so glad it has done well for him, and me and my brother and everyone else on this thread. jb
