Marvin,

re >I guess you can get back in in 30 days according to the "wash sale" rule, however, I
hope you will like the stock in the 70's, because that's where it will be.<

Bold prediction, more than 100% in 30 days. I expect to be able to buy back the few shares I sold today at the end of January for less than $40, wouldn't surprise me if it is only $30. Meanwhile I get a tax deduction and Y2K cash. 8<}

Marvin we will be in the 70's in 30 days. I hope so. I doubt it. Or are you just refering to the wash rule. I added more at 29. I hope we start moving up. 70 would make me very happy.

It was a difficult decision, but I explained my reasoning. I'll keep a look out on TYC. After all, Jan 15th when my washsale penalty expires, is not far away. If you're a psychic, what is the date that the SEC will announce a clean bill of health regarding these false charges? Now that is some information I can really use! Just kidding. I know all the analysts are pounding the table to buy.

There are just so many other opportunities with more immediate likelihood of increasing in price. I especially like ITRA (Intraware).
