Women's Online Network

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Dec 17, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- O. Media, Inc.'s
(OTC BB: OMDA) She'sGotNetwork.com announced today an upgrade for the
ShesGotItTogether.com Women's Online Network.

The She'sGotItTogether.com Women's Online Network has upgraded its
infrastructure with the introduction of a dedicated dual-processor
server that accesses the Internet via a direct OC-3, which is
equivalent to about 100 T-1 lines, telecommunications connected to
Sprint's (NYSE: FON) Internet backbone, which was recently named top
performer by Data Communications. The benefits from the Linux (NASDAQ:
LNUX) operating system and OC-3 connection are significant with respect
to reliable, high-speed connectivity and enhanced network security.
Also, in the process of moving the ShesGotItTogether.com Women's Online
Network websites onto a dedicated server, O. Media has taken the
opportunity to restructure the sites to improve speed of loading.

The ShesGotItTogether.com Women's Online Network further announced that
its new women's portal, ShesGotNetwork.com will be launching a complete
e-commerce website, SheBuysOnline.com. With SheBuysOnline.com, O. Media
will sign marketing agreements with various companies to sell their
products on the website, obtaining a percentage of all products sold.
In addition to the marketing alliances, SheBuysOnline.com will offer

been extended to January 10, 2000 in order to allow Millennium baby
entrants. The grand prize has also been increased.
