Curtis, you are correct about the new generation networks. You are forgetting to mention that these new companies like LVLT, QWST,Winstar, KMC telecom, DBN, and several others are being built by LU, NT and so called old world guys in Chambers language. Here is one example of such a deal. Did you read this before. You need to survey your sorroundings before jumping to conclusion that new world is synonymous with Cisco. Not necessarily true. Once again Cisco will be in good shape, but not what wall street expects. As reported earlier, Level 3 Communications was expected to announce that it agreed to purchase $1 billion in Lucent Technologies equipment over five years.
