thanks for posting this info Jeffrey. This will explain what i have been seeing in this market and justify my comments from yesterday. A while back i also stated that money has been made too easily on this run from early October and trees don't grow to the sky. Not normally. This stock has had all the time in the world to spike higher and it did not. The good news lately was also met with a ho-hum response from the market place also sending a special message to those who were listening. I don't need to tell u this but if an investor would focus more on how the market reacts to news rather than the news itself he or she would be much better off. If what u are saying is in fact true it will shake the tree hard in the days ahead. It will however....once it settles out .... be a fantastic buying opportunity IMO. Good luck and good night.

Jeff, that insider trading was reported in the Wall Street Journal,
with commentary, earlier this week. The WSJ said 5 insiders sold
almost one million shares total. That was Monday or Tuesday when
that appeared in Section C of the Journal. Also GIC had a good bit
of insider selling which was reported and commented on. Bob Gabelli
was the one doing the commenting. He said it indicated profits were
going to be lower in these stocks in 2000, which is clearly wrong
in CCURs case.

So I think it has already hit the stock. I would be very surprised
to see any reaction today.

What we are seeing here, in my opinion, is evidence that the MM's
(actually their big customers are who I am referring to here) sold
above 18 and now they are trying to reload. It has been obvious
for about 3 days now that they were going to take the stock lower.
They will shake the stock out good, reload their inventories, and
then move the stock above 20, especially if we get the analyst that
Sam was talking about.
