Yes, they are. They are well below the Standard and Poor's estimates of 14% growth. It seems that her estimates are deliberately low so that she is 99.9% confident that there won't be a disappointment. It seems she is playing more of a game than making a detailed analysis.

saket, If you have followed this thread long enough, you know we really don't get excited when Abby ups her targets. We take it in stride. As you say, this is conservative targeted returns.
