Shorting rules: The stock must be marginable and OTC BB stocks generally aren't. This from a friend with a series 8 license working as a broker at Schwab. He's verifying further.... Thus I believe you can't short HRCT at this time... Can any one confirm that HRCT is or is not marginable and can or cannot be shorted ? Since margin requirements vary by broker, I want the board's help in verifying this. If this is true, then there are no shorts and the bashers just want shares cheaper, or just time wasters.
