Michael,

You are absolutely correct. It is absurd when you assess NN's current stock price relative to these other i-stocks. NN would definitely close in triple digits (post-split and perhaps quadruple figures pre-split! :-)

The reality now is that these companies get severely beaten up for not meeting expectations. NN has used up all their life lines on this count. Notwithstanding the inability of meeting expectations, the company has not been forthright in dealing with analysts and by default, investors. I have been one of the loyal followers for several years and I can say that I am fed up. I do not trust the company's management.

I would like to put this company behind me and the only way to gain closure...for me... is to see this company sold. Somehow, the hopefully big bucks will help me get through the pain and misery of the past few years. Unfortunately, my lack of trust for the management leads me to really question as to whether they are really interested in selling the company regardless of what they are hinting at. I think Doug could be proven correct in this regard.
