BVH --

Dang! What happens to PFE after MTC and PNU merge and PFE doesn't get WLA? We're talking about cutting a good chunk of 2 blockbuster profits out of PFE's pockets?

You might want to consider the chunk of revenues cut out of MTC and WLA if they lose the Pfizer marketing clout with both the drugs, Lipitor and Celebrex.

With the competitive threat from Merck in both product categories, MTC and WLA/AHP would be eaten alive. As both MTC and WLA realize, even the disruption of the breakup of these relationships would take billions away from Lipitor and Celebrex short term and long term, before another joint partner could be brought up to speed in place of Pfizer.

And as to Pfizer's organic growth, it only has 5 - billion dollar drugs in the camp; Zithromax,Diflucan,Viagra,Zoloft, and Norvasc with the next to be launched this year, Zeldox and possibly the migraine drug.

Now the question is what happens to AHP after all three potential partners have found new partners (SBH/GLX, MTC/PNU, WLA/PFE). There is a major article in Financial Times on AHP and NVTSY is at the top of list if Cyanamid spun out 207.235.5.146
