Kieth: How are you doing? I know you are busy so I will make this short. If CVIA gets listed it will do almost the same things, as calling for certs right? It will expose the naked shorts and whatever right as all shares have to be accounted for when you get listed or switch exchanges right? I have been here from before the reverse split and have traded this stock and made a lot of money. I still own several thousand shares of stock but I do not like this cert calling thing as it reminds me of eutro. And according to the closely held shares you are the biggest individual stockholder right? I should also say thanks for doing a great job. I am not being negative just a little nervous.

Phil

Hi Keith, I've been scanning this board for hundreds (thousands it seems like) of posts to try to get some specific information. I owned 4000 shares before the reverse split, and have held through the forward splits. By the way, I would like to congratulate you and your employees for doing such a remarkable job with what I thought was a goner. Anyway, in my account, I have one CVIA preferred share and 13 warrants. I have never received information about converting these in the past from my broker, and cannot find any relevant info in the posts I've scanned. Can you (or anyone else) please provide me with the details for conversion of these securities. (Hope I haven't missed out already). Thanks in advance.
