The local rag reported today the the Rev. Rainbow thinks all the charges against him should be dropped. Jesse is going to court Jan. 24 to protest being charged. Now let's see. The police tell him if he crosses the line he will be arrested. He waits until he can get a lot of press coverage and while stating he wants to be arrested, he breaks the law. Now that he's facing a $2,500 fine and a year behind bars he thinks being arrested wasn't such a good thing and wants to drop the whole deal.
