Dear Victor: I was initially thinking the same thing, and then I thought, hmmm 30%+ gain in 12 months from a stock believed to be currently priced in the VALUE range. Maybe not so bad. Not a heck of a lot of downside risk in an upcoming unknown market. Could be worse. As to the inventory level, possibly not apples to apples. I think Morgan was including the Channels. I dont see how it could be brought much lower then that overall. JDN

Victor,

I think the 12 month target of $34 is too low. I expect CPQ to blow past it by January or April. Morgan Stanley is always too conservative.
