Lucius: If we are limited to one for "best" prospects, then Qualcomm is my suggestion.

The next Qualcomm is Qualcomm.

Reason, the wireless data / internet nexus.

Cha2

Next for me is JDS Uniphase even though it is a King.

Reason, the widget supplier for exploding growth fiberoptics space.

One stock? Q, of course. Currently in the wireless telephony tornado, they will soon multiply their momentum by entering the HDR tornado. This double twister effect should produce results beyond anyone's expectations.

My second choice is Gemstar. They are probably in the early stages of the ipg tornado already, though we don't have data to confirm it. By owning an impeccable ipr portfolio, they are ideally positioned to capitalize on T-commerce.

My third choice - Network Appliance, King of NAS, a sector highly endorsed by the visionary, Gilder.

I have to admit prejudice, since all of the above are in my portfolio <g>.

From everything I see and read my vote would have to be GMST. I own both companies but have a significantly larger holding in GMST and added some shares today.

Regards.
