I would say once that worry is out of the way, the barrier to further price declines might be out of the way, assuming a positive market. This piggie is not going up until we see earnings revisions. It's already trading at a decent multiple.

If I remember correctly, Morgan Stanley has EPS @ 12 cents!

IMHO that should be an easy target to beat.
