DIMD buyout was overrated. Even Mp3 is a lot of type without cheap flashRAM. All graphics controller companies except perhaps for Nvidia and Rendition are empty vessels with zombies rowing below.

Look under "dishplayer". People are demanding more storage:

Too bad, too late: The low-end PC market (and maybe an encoder company) could have cleaned up in the PVR business. Might even had made Comdex interesting, which was the lamest this year it has ever been. (western cable show and CES however are now the most interesting they have ever been).

for the last 2-3 months SIII has been an excellent trading stock.

Buy at 8.7 and sell at 9.7.

FYI, their president (which has been there for less than a year, turn around specialist) has sold almost 90% of its shares at $10.

they claim their cash/share is worth $13 (They are supposed to get $550M from UMC in Jan). This is extremely positive.

I just do not understand why the stock is trading below its cash value?

I am playing nVidia and staying out of other graphics
