Is the whole service down for you or just your Brokerage part? I don't use the trading part but I have used the info part for over a year and have very little problems with them. I connected just fine today been on since 7AM CT.
I use NDB and Ameritrade to trade and they have been messing up all the time. Slow and can't get a confirmation on a trade to save your soul. And Customer service is terrible. I think its the nature of the beast for these own line traders.Good luck to you hope you get connected soon.
