John Rieck: What makes you think there will be sector rotation and that fund managers will sell hugely profitable tech stocks after Jan 1, 2000? I would argue just the opposite -- that fund managers whose funds did not participate in the extraordinary gains that the NASDAQ had this year will be chomping at the bit to buy some of these stocks. No way I'm selling out of quality technology stocks into financials and commodities.
