Yes, the QTERA principals are clever. If NT has 90% of
the SONET transmission space, TDM's/ADMs and all that, and
want the other 10%, where would that leave Lucent in that
business ??

If they actually have 90% market share of a specific market in any part of the country, they have just violated Kefauver and Sherman, and must go to jail.
