Any rumors or otherwise if FM is acting for SUF on some of the large volume it has done in the last three weeks?

Just checked....since Dec.1 FM has bought 1 438 000 shares and sold 1 000 000 for a net purchase of 438 000 shares. All in 12 1/2 days of trading! I they are not acting for SUF, then I view this as a very bullish sign!
