QUESTION FOR ALL!! Need an answer quick. Russian parliamentary elections are being held today. The polls close an hour and a half from now. Meanwhile, a Russian internet site has been closed down, by order of the Elections Commission, for having published the results of exit polls. What is the rule here in the US? If I recall correctly, the results of exit polls are regularly announced in the course of election day, but I don't trust my recollection. Joan
