Commerce One chooses Intraware service for online software delivery

DEC 22, 1999, M2 Communications - Commerce One Inc, a provider of
e-commerce systems, has selected Intraware Inc's SubscribNet service to
deliver the company's software updates over the Internet to customers.

Under the agreement, each Commerce One customer will have access to a
co-branded version of the SubscribNet service. The service will notify
Commerce One's customers whenever there is a software change and
provide them with password-protected web sites for downloading of the
updates.

In addition, the service will track all software notifications and
download activity to enable the customers to manage the software update
process.
