Jim, as a general rule I stay away from IPOs that don't price ABOVE the range. (As well as IPOS that drop the number of shares available). To me it is evidence of weakness in interest from institutional investors. fwiw

Jim, I'm in for 800 EGRT already. I got 300 right after it opened at 13 1/4 and I just bought 500 more at 12 1/4. This one might see the 10 - 11 range before we move but I don't care. This is a direct marketing tool with 7 million subscribers ALA XACT, NTCR but with a marketable product as well.

It reminds me of ASDS when it opened. Nobody understood the value. Stayed at 8 for three days before moving to mid 30's. (Starting to look good again BTW).

If it goes down below 11 (EGRT)I am in for 500 more..
