According to Rig roadshow some of the big oil execs still going slow on cap ex/ drilling commitments and thinking oil could be $14 in 2000. RIG says very conservative estimates in their opinion and causing delays. What does the Dog see and think and when does he see the dam burst for his BOOM 2000. Please post url for interview.
